1. Information We Collect for Our Specific Services

To operate our core AI tools effectively, we collect the following:

• For AI Legal Draft Maker: The problem descriptions (in simple language), applicant names, and targeted officer/judge designations you provide to generate perfect first-person official applications.
• For Affidavits & Deeds: Details for over 100+ document types (like Name Change, Rent Agreements) including names, addresses, and formatting preferences (like Stamp Paper top-margin requirements).
• For Pro Passport Photo Maker: The casual photos uploaded by users, which our AI analyzes to remove backgrounds, add formal suits/shirts, and format into zero-margin 4x6 or A4 print sheets.

2. Third-Party AI Processing & Security

Your legal prompts and uploaded photos are securely transmitted to our partner AI API providers (such as OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, and specialized image processing APIs) solely for the purpose of generating your requested documents and passport sheets. These providers do not use your private documents or facial photos to train their public AI models, and they typically delete temporary processing logs within 30 days.

3. Lifetime Data Retention & Workspace History

To provide you with maximum convenience, we offer a lifetime data retention feature. All generated Legal Drafts, completed Affidavits, and processed Passport Photos are permanently and securely stored in your personal 'Workspace History'. This allows you to access, download, or reprint your previously generated documents and photos at any time in the future without repurchasing tokens. However, you maintain full control over your privacy and can manually delete any specific document or photo from your account at any time.

4. Zero Tolerance for Forgery & Deepfakes

Logiclinkz Civic Services LLP is an IT Intermediary. We strictly prohibit using our AI tools to generate Fake Government IDs, forged legal deeds, or malicious Deepfakes (morphing photos without consent). We log IP addresses and timestamps. If any Cyber Crime Police or court investigates forgery or CSAM, we will immediately hand over your registration details, uploaded photos, and generated drafts to law enforcement without prior notice.
