1. Specific Services & No Legal Advice Disclaimer
Our platform provides AI tools (Legal Draft Maker, Affidavits/Deeds Generator, and Passport Photo Maker) for Choice Centers, Advocates, and Citizens.
CRUCIAL WARNING: The legal drafts, affidavits, and documents generated on this platform are for drafting assistance only and DO NOT constitute professional legal advice. AI models can hallucinate or make formatting/factual errors. You are 100% responsible for verifying all names, facts, and legal formats before signing or submitting them to any court, tehsil, or government authority. Logiclinkz Civic Services LLP is not liable for any application rejection or legal penalty.
2. Lifetime Retention & User Control
Documents, drafts, and passport photos generated by you are stored securely in your 'Workspace History' for a lifetime. You can access or reprint them anytime without repurchasing tokens. However, you are solely responsible for manually deleting any sensitive client data from your account if required by your local laws.
3. IT Act Intermediary Safe Harbour
Under Section 79 of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, we are purely an 'Intermediary'. We provide a software interface to process prompts and photos. We do not monitor, filter, or endorse the outputs. You are the sole publisher of the documents and photos you generate.
4. Strict Prohibitions (Zero Tolerance Policy)
You are strictly prohibited from using our AI tools for the following:
- Fake IDs & Forgery: Generating fake government ID cards, fake stamps, counterfeit certificates, or unauthorized signatures.
- Deepfakes: Morphing or altering photos of individuals, politicians, or celebrities without their explicit written consent.
- CSAM & Explicit Content: Generating child sexual abuse material or pornography.
5. Payments, Tokens & Refunds
We operate on a pre-paid Token wallet system. All token purchases are final and non-refundable to your bank account or UPI. If an AI generation fails due to API errors, tokens are automatically refunded to your platform wallet. Accounts caught violating our forgery or deepfake policies will be permanently banned and tokens forfeited.
6. User Indemnification (Your Financial Liability)
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Logiclinkz Civic Services LLP, its owners, and employees from any lawsuits, police complaints, fines, or legal expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of the documents/photos you generate, your violation of these terms, or forgery.
7. Law Enforcement Cooperation & Jurisdiction
We log IP addresses and generation history. In the event of an investigation regarding forged documents or illegal acts, we will unconditionally hand over your data to Cyber Crime Police. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.
